As a property manager the most uncomfortable thing in my job is to serve an eviction notice. But this was one notice I would never regret serving. I had just gotten into my office and had a note on my desk informing me that the resident in #1302 hadn’t paid rent in 3 months. I prepared the notice right away and took it to the building myself.
